Heat shrink protection

Double wall heat shrink tubing with a temperature resistance of 150 degrees Celsius, heated uniformly by a hot air gun of 300 degrees Celsius, without bubbles or exposed copper wires.

Clearance

400 V system: air gap ≥ 3 mm, creepage distance ≥ 5 mm;

800 V system: air gap ≥ 5 mm, creepage distance ≥ 8 mm.

Re inspection and power transmission

Re inspection: The insulation measured with a megohmmeter at 1000 V should be ≥ 100 M Ω, and the tension should be ≥ 50 N without any looseness.
