Keeping progressing, Pursuing integrity, Embracing future
The regular inspection items for connecting wires can be summarized as "seven checks and one test":
Check the appearance: whether the outer skin is cracked, worn, discolored, or bulging.
Check the plug: whether the terminals are oxidized, loose, deformed, or burnt.
Check for bends: whether there are obvious dead folds, indentations, or wrinkling of the protective sheath.
Check if the cable ties and clamps are loose, and if the wiring is compressed by heavy objects.
Check if the labeling and color coding are complete and clear.
Check the temperature rise: After being powered on for 30 minutes, the temperature difference between the wire body and the environment should be ≤ 30.
Check the shielding: whether the grounding of the shielding layer is secure, without broken strands or damage.
